Case Studies

Case Studies through 1995 are held at the Yale Divinity School Library Case Clearing House. Cases published since 1995 are not distributed through the Case Clearing House since they are available in the Journal for Case Teaching,and can be obtained via the normal Interlibrary Loan process.

How to order cases:

Cases can be ordered by title via mail, FAX, or electronic Order form. Telephone orders are not accepted. Normally, cases will be mailed within twenty-four hours of receipt of the order. There is a $5.00 per case fee for items sent via conventional mail; the fee for Express mail or FAX delivery is $7.50. These fees include the right to duplicate the case for classroom use. Harvard Business School cases:
Three cases listed in the 1990 bibliography, numbers 9-576-031, 9-376-243, and 9-451-005, must be ordered directly from the Harvard Business School, Publications Division, Operations Department, (617) 495-6117. Unlike cases from the ACT Clearing House, these cases may be ordered by telephone. Availability of these cases is subject to change without notice.

Copyright information: Cases can be photocopied for classroom use. Publication rights for unpublished cases are reserved by the contributing individuals and institutions. Copyright for published cases and the list of cases is held by The Case Study Institute.
